The Tottenham Literature Festival 2022 happens at the Bernie Grants Arts Centre, London, UK from November 14 – 20, 2022
The Tottenham Literature Festival was founded by Bernie Grant Arts Centre Artistic Director & CEO Hannah Azieb Pool to celebrate the word and storytelling in all its glorious forms in 2019. It was aimed at providing a platform for Black writers to tell their own stories in a space where they are in the majority.
Tottenham Literature Festival announced a full programme of events that will take place in their fourth annual festival that celebrates enriched, diverse stories by Black authors, poets, and artists from Tottenham and beyond.
Headliners previously announced include award-winning playwright and author Travis Alabanza, author and broadcaster Lemn Sissay OBE FRSL, award-winning poet, novelist and musician Anthony Joseph, journalist and poet Bridget Minamore, multi-disciplinary live artist Dzifa Benson, poet Dean Atta as well as actor and author Paterson Joseph.
