Rencontres Internationales du Livre Francophone Du Rwanda 2023 runs in Kigali from March 1 – 4, 2023.
Rencontres Internationales du Livre Francophone Du Rwanda (English: International Book Meeting in Rwanda) was first hosted in Kigali, Rwanda in 2022. It brought together authors and professionals from the book and publishing sector from eleven countries to take part in conferences, round tables, musical performances, exhibitions, testimonials, and professional meetings.
The 2023 edition is set to start running tomorrow in Kigali with panels, readings, keynote addresses, theatre, and loads more. The guests will come from Algeria, Belgium, Burundi, Centrafrique, Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Djibouti, France, Mauritania, Senegal, and the host country Rwanda. Some of them will be Olivier Bahizi Uwineza, Laure Blédou, Fanta Dramé, Catherine Fruchon-Toussaint, Mohamed Kacimi, Emmanuel Demarcy-Mata, Muriel Malouf, Roland Rugero, Chantal Umuraza, Carole Karemera, Bernard Lagier, Vincent Mambachaka, Mohamed Mbougar Sarr, Yolande Mukasanga, Natacha Muziramakenga, Joseph Ndwaniye, Wilfried N’Sondé, Dorcy Rugamba, Manzi Rugirangoga, Claudia Shimwa, Beata Umubyeyi Mairesse, and Abourahman Waberi.
