The Open Book literary festival which happens ever years in Cape Town, South Africa will this year happen from 9-13 September. This is one of the fastest growing festivals on the planet as the first one was only held in 2011.
This years festival organisers have already started signing some very cool writers for those of you who might be in that part of the world in September. Some of the one who have already confirmed participation are Marc Boutavant , Christopher Hope, Åsne Seierstad, R.A.Villanueva , Karen Joy Fowler, Patrick Gale, Masha Gessen, Saskia Goldschmidt, Andrey Kurkov, Helen Macdonald, Neel Mukherjee, Okey Ndibe, Yvonne Adhiambo Owuor, Chris Riddell and Laura van den Berg.
