EXPOUND is an online magazine that aims to celebrate new literature published by Nigerian Wale Owoade who is also its managing editor. The publication aims at reengineering African Literature by bridging the differences between writings from Africa and other parts of the world.
Expound is currently working on its fourth annual Special Issue, The Dirty Issue. This will be a compilation of erotic arts from African artists that will include nonfiction, short fiction, poetry, graphic arts, paintings and photography. They are looking for works either rigid or soft that are bold, sensual, amatory, daring and can go a very dirty way with us to break norms, forms and boundaries.
If you think think this is your kettle of fish then I suggest that you go here so that you can know how you can take part. The most important thing is that you must be African, which we define as someone who was born in an African country, is a citizen of an African country, or has at least one parent who is/who was an African.
Your deadline is OCTOBER 31st, 2015. You will be notified on the status of your submission by November 9th, 2015. Again for more information click here.
