Afrolit Sans Frontieres Season 3 schedule unveiled.

The schedule for Season 3 of Afrolit Sans Frontieres, running from May 25 to June 1, 2020, has been revealed. Its theme is “Past. Present. Future.”

Afrolit Sans Frontiers, a virtual literary festival for writers of African origin, was started as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic international lockdown in March. It has had two iterations with Season 1 curated by festival founder Zukiswa Wanner in March and Season 2 co-curation by Maaza Mengiste and the founder in April.

Season 3 which runs from May 25 to June 1, with curation by Mohale Mashigo and Zukiswa Wanner, features some of the leading names in African writing. Sixteen writers from 13 countries will stream from 15 cities in English, French, and Portuguese over the eight days.
